Clovir is used to treat diseases such as: Cold Sores, Herpes Simplex, Herpes Simplex - Congenital, Herpes Simplex Encephalitis, Herpes Simplex, Mucocutaneous/Immunocompetent Host, Herpes Simplex, Mucocutaneous/Immunocompromised Host, Herpes Simplex, Suppression, Herpes Zoster, Infectious Mononucleosis, Mononucleosis, Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, Varicella-Zoster.
Do not take it during the week, unless of course you find yourself drinking during the week. Advise all patients that the drug may stay in the blood for up to 2 years after the last dose and that an accelerated elimination procedure may be used if needed.
