Tetracycline is the only one of these open link that requires dose Optycin in renal dysfunction. Consuming dairy products, such as milk, yogurt, cheese, and ice cream, may interfere with the absorption of tetracycline.

Drug plasma concentrations are proportional for 10 and 20 mg doses and generally peak within three to five hours after administration.
