Dosage & Overdose
This effect has occurred mostly in people who have taken the medication long term or at high doses, and in those who are age 50 and older. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.
- Euthyroidism is usually obtained within 3 months following the discontinuation of treatment.
- Preclinical data from conventional genotoxicity studies reveal no special hazard to humans, carcinogen potential has not be investigated.
