Symptomatic hypotension leading Lasilix dizziness, fainting or loss of consciousness can occur in patients using this with furosemide, treatment for in the elderly, patients on other prescription medicine which can cause hypotension and patients with other medical conditions that are risks for hypotension. While ACE inhibitors and loop diuretics are routinely administered together in the treatment of heart failure, if an ACE inhibitor is to be administered to a patient receiving furosemide, initial doses should be conservative.
