Contain Hydrochloride Injection by Sandoz Health Incorporated. Monitor blood pressure and heart rate Isoptine coadministration of verapamil with enzalutamide is necessary. Coadministration of alprazolam, a CYP3A4 substrate, with verapamil, a moderate CYP3A4 inhibitor, may result in increased alprazolam exposure. Measure serum digoxin concentrations before initiating verapamil.

Isoptine is used to treat diseases such as: Angina, Arrhythmia, Bipolar Disorder, Cluster Headaches, High Blood Pressure, Idiopathic Hypertrophic Subaortic Stenosis, Migraine Prevention, Nocturnal Leg Cramps, Supraventricular Tachycardia.
Initial doses of 10 mg PO 3 times per day with titration of 10 mg every other day have been used. The usual adult dose ranges from 1 to 4 grams a day, given in divided doses.
