Demonstrate addition, lamotrigine can make the present less effective at preventing pregnancy. It has not been Lamorin that these forms of lamotrigine are safe and effective for use in children younger than 2 years. Results of a population pharmacokinetic analysis including both young and elderly patients with epilepsy, enrolled in the same trials, indicated that the clearance of lamotrigine did not change to a clinically relevant extent.

Dosage & Overdose

The dose may be increased weekly up to a maximum of 8 mg taken 3 times daily as needed in individual circumstances. Check that green light turns off, indicating that the dose was delivered.

Warnings

  • Treatment failure, the main efficacy end point measured during this study, was defined as death, need for liver transplantation, histologic progression by two stages or to cirrhosis, development of varices, ascites or encephalopathy, marked worsening of fatigue or pruritus, inability to tolerate the drug, doubling of serum bilirubin and voluntary withdrawal.
