How to Use

  • Do not drink alcohol while taking this medication.

Dosage & Overdose

Dosage should be taken at least 30 minutes, and preferably 1 or 2 hours, before travelling. As with adults, after titration, the total daily dose may be given once daily at bedtime to minimize daytime sedation.

Warnings

  • In such cases, treatment should be initiated at low doses with progressive increases only if required and tolerated, and the patients should be under close surveillance at all dosage levels.

Pregnancy

  • Research in animals has not shown a risk to the pregnancy when the mother takes the drug.
  • Due to the limited number of exposed pregnancies, these postmarketing data do not reliably estimate the frequency or absence of adverse outcomes.
